EXPERIENCE

NIKE, CONSUMER DIRECT RETAIL DESIGN, PORTLAND, OR
PROGRAM MANAGER, 2020 – PRESENT

Led a project management team in the design development and implementation of NIKE’s newest retail concepts globally, including new store construction, fixture and furniture program development, digital integration and innovative visual displays. Owned project workflow, schedules, budgets, and was accountable for leading a team through project phases, maintaining project trajectory, stakeholder communication, and alignment with long-term business goals. Worked in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team across international geographies, territories, category groups, business functions, and agencies.

PROJECT MANAGER, 2015 – 2020

Project Management of multiple high profile projects including pop-ups, brand activations, retail construction, startup retail, brand identity development, product development, digital services, and fixture production.  Responsible for schedule and budget management;  developed project tracking tools and processes including the transition to Smartsheet to successfully drive program coordination and resource management. Managed contracts and relationships with internal and external partners, including agencies, architectural firms, fixture and experience vendors, and general contractors.

WPP, SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER, PORTLAND, OR 2012–2015

Managed $5 million+  budgets for production and installation of retail fixture roll-outs, pop-up experiences, permanent retail locations, and immersive brand events for Nike. Led a team of five producers and associates through all phases of project development from client brief to execution. Handled a high volume of work, often on tight timelines, with dedication to client satisfaction and uncompromising quality.

VISUAL MARKETING PARTNERS, ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER NEW YORK, NY 2011–2012

Responsibilities included planning, estimating, and managing the production and installation of all 3D display projects. Worked directly with the account manager and client to develop projects from concept phase to final production while ensuring that all requirements are met with a strong focus on the aesthetic elements and manufacturability.

DESIGN COMPENDIUM, DESIGNER / PROJECT MANAGER, NEW YORK, NY 2009–2011

Responsible for managing projects from pitch phase to delivery, including attending and leading all client calls, creating and managing production schedule & budgets as well as ensuring project scope and clients needs are adhered to. Established and maintained productive relationships with Sales and Marketing, as well as clients and outside vendors. Clients included Chanel, Cole Haan, and Godiva Chocolatier.

DBA, INTERN, NEW YORK, NY 2008

Worked with the design director in the creation of a line of eco-friendly home and office products. Created models, prototypes, and presentation materials. Researched sourcing for new materials and manufacturing techniques.

BUILTNY, INTERN, NEW YORK, NY 2008

Contributed on all phases of product development from concept through production. Worked with sales and marketing teams, created theme boards, made sketches, built prototypes and developed product specification manuals for manufacturing in Asia.

TOYS AND TECHNOLOGY FOR REHABILITATION, DESIGNER, PROVIDENCE, RI 2007

In partnership with the Hasbro Children’s Hospital; concept design, prototyping, and testing of toys intended to provide physical therapy for children with cerebral palsy. Design Awarded grant by the State of RI to be developed for production.
